
Sales & Business Development Executive (m/f/d)
As a VUI you will
Be our evangelist:
/ You will build new leads and a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting.
/ You will learn and live this life hack: How to win people and build strong relationships from scratch, even in the most challenging environment.
/ Customer Success: You are our first point of contact for customers and therefore crucial to understand what needs to be done to make our customers more successful. You interact proactively to build relationships with potential new clients and to place our projects in the corporate focus area.
Build growth channels:
/ You will develop new strategies and tactics to build new revenue channels.
/ We need your talent to manage, test and develop several of our 19+ growth channels
/ Tribes: You'll work with Account Executives, Marketing, Customer Success and Product Management.
Develop yourself and your colleagues:
/ You will advance your career in one of the following directions: Thought Leader, Team Leader or General Management.
/ Your contribution is needed to improve your team 360°, personally and professionally

What you bring
Personality: DISC: You are extroverted and maintain a balance between people and task focus.
Your qualities: You are passionate, curious, competitive, adaptive and empathetic
Your track record:
/ Personal: Passions/hobbies: you have followed your passion at a competitive level and competed hard to achieve great results (e.g. participation in competitions and/or sports at a professional level, e.g. football, volleyball, hockey, music, art).
/ Academic: A relevant academic qualification with a relevant focus in the subject. A Master's degree is not required.
/ Professional: You have previously worked for fast-growing companies and gained experience in revenue generation (sales, marketing, customer success). Ideal but not a must: Experience in our industry Conversational AI.
